The Stop Smoking Service want to help support Fifers to make the choice to reduce their risk of tobacco related diseases such as heart disease, cancer, stroke, COPD etc as well as improve their physical and mental wellbeing. 

Everyone's journey will be different that is why we want to help you QUITYOURWAY, but with support.

The choice is yours, you can :

Meet with our trained stop smoking advisors who will help you plan your quit, talk you through the free stop smoking medications and explain how they work They will keep in regular contact with you to ensure you have the support and guidance you need to complete a successful quit.

If you are Pregnant and want to quit for yourself and your baby our specialist stop smoking midwives are waiting for your call on 01592 648124.

If you would prefer to do it on your own but recognise that stop smoking medication will reduce the cravings for nicotine, pop into any pharmacy and they will provide brief advice and medication for free.
